Someone starts a new thing in Oct 2017 that requires Flashplayer (or rather, a hacked computer)?
...
Are you aware that pretty much the whole world, including all notable browser vendors, is trying to get rid of it? That they are making it harder and harder to use it? That Adobe officially announced the end of updates for Flash, meaning the security hole just will get bigger without anybody caring to fix the problems (just now there are still some updates, but not for long anymore)

Yes, I've heard about it, but so far this is the only solution. Install this addition or not, I think everyone will decide for himself.
If it is considered too dangerous, it is easier to delete the resource...

At least you should include the source of the flash script ...

And you should add a warning about the state of your add on. If someone is adversely affected by your contribution it will not bode well for your reputation and future add ons.

How do you imagine that? Extracts from the Internet about the dangers of Adobe Flash Player? To which, in your opinion, should I rely, stating that the add-on is not safe?

The add-on author does not own the script. The image editor is called Pixlr and is from http://pixlr.com/. And he is right, it is the only (and best) solution for an online image editor.

Addon rewritten. Now uses the original name of the script, rather than the trademark of Adobe Photoshop.
