Nice addon, if there were a way to choose which categories displayed in the resource list that would be great
 
There is no reason for it not to be, haven't tested though.
But you can try anyways there is no issue trying ;)
 
Where can i set which cats are used and which not?
There is nothing at the cats, nothing in options, nothing ad add-ons > Exclude > Click on options.
 
I am afraid it don't work or I don't understand how it works... :D

After activation looks absolutely same.
 
It hides sub categories resources from displaying in their parent category
 
Oh, now i see, thanks. I was looking for something, what hides subcategories resources from resource list...

Corrected bugs
  • Filters menu offered prefixes and types used only in subcategories, giving empty lists
  • Category state kept in a global variable that could affect other add-ons
  • PHP 8.4 deprecation notice on a method signature

  • Choose where subcategory resources are hidden: every category, only selected ones, or all except selected ones
  • “Include subcategories” checkbox in the category filters menu, kept through sorting and pagination
