Description
More and more add-ons or styles use Font Awesome which leads to multiple calls to include the css files sometimes in different versions and so and so on.

This add-on was designed to merge all these calls into a single one using the latest version available only either through CDN or locally.

If you had previous version installed, you will need to change the options value from 4.5.0 to 4.6.1 to get the new version rolling.

Somewhere I am doing something wrong. I have font-awesome pointed locally, yet this is still happening. How can I determine why it is still looking to font-awesome's CDN for this?
