Fixed XF2 does not support user id replacable in notices

In XF1.x, notices supported {user_id}, {name} and {title} replaceables, but in XF2 only {name} and {title} are supported
 
Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.4).
