XF2: Advertising only for guests?

The message board I Manage is run on donations only. We have zero advertising at all.
But with the increased cost of managing a forum that now allows large pictures (taking up space), I'm wondering if it would be worth while to add advertising?
But only for guest users. Anyone who is not "logged in".
We really only average about 10-20 guests at any given time.

And so users who are logged in will not see any advertisements.

How much of a PITA would it be to start doing something like this?
Would they need a business license and bank account or is PayPal enough?

I'll admit, I have not done any research yet.
I have no idea where to even start.

How much of a PITA would it be to start doing something like this?

It's very simple to do with a free Google AdSense account but with a low guest count the returns are going to be minuscule (less than $50 a year most likely).
