XF with Litespeed cache?

Has anyone configured XF to work with Litespeed cache? If so how did you do it?

I've been messing around with it, but not too seriously as to be honest, there are free alternatives

I will need a LiteSpeed cache config / varnish for XF. Others do to. LSWS is great.
So far no one has created such addon.
