I want to write add-on for translating XF into Bengali (Bangla). If anybody kindly shows me ways to start with, it will be appreciated.

Xenforo's phrase manager is not suitable for mass editing of phrases. I have written a python scripts that convert xenforo language files to po files and vice versa. There are many tools that can be used for translating po files. I normally use entrans mainly because of its feature of mass editing of texts.
