XF 2.1 xf:import-finalize - is possible to start from other step?

I have import a vB3 board to xF2.1.
About xf:import-finalize, is it possible to start the finalize from other step?

I have run 3 times the xf:import-finalize. Some times the servers was down, the other my internet network goes down.
I came back to cmd / shell and ran the finalize command but it starts again from Rebuilding... Users. I have rebuild 3 times the users and 2 times the conversations and even now I have not complete the finalize

For this reason I'm asking if there is any command parameter to bypass some steps.

I want to notice that xf:import command, if the process hungs, it can continue from the last step if you re-run it. It is very ok.

Not really, but you can investigate using screen or something similar for your shell session so that if your connection drops it continues running.
