XF 2.1 XF default theme messed up?

I don't recall editing this theme in any way but apparently, it's messed up on my forum, here is an image:

Any reason why this is messed up this way? How can I fix it? Is there a way to possibly re-install the default theme?

themehouse node layout addon was breaking the default theme for me few days ago. not sure if that was the case here.

It wasn't, I got to the culprit and fixed it. I also don't use that add-on from ThemeHouse, the grid layout in my theme is built into the theme itself from XenFocus.
