Fixed XF 2.2.3 converts "www..." in postings into valid links [url ... [/ url]

As some are suggesting in that thread, it's not a common usage in a lot of places so probably doesn't bother a lot of people but it is still incorrect. A simple www should not be assumed to be a link if there are just dots, not an actual domain following, e.g. www.wondercafe2.ca.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.4).

Change log:

When autolinking post content do not autolink if we match www. followed by an additional dot.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
