XF 1.1.0 Release Candidate

Does anyone know if the plan is for any more release candidates for 1.1 and then an additional 'gold' release or not? Or is this it until 1.1.1?

Just curious.
 
Okay, but my question still stands, are there likely to be any more versions released, or an official 'Gold' version released or will it progress onto additional feature implementations on 1.1.x releases now?

With people throwing around words like release candidate, stable, gold, I just wanted to clarify which of these are actually applicable and what the next expected release 'version' is.
 
Gold = stable
A lot of people still use the outdated term gold, instead of stable.
Release candidate comes after beta and before stable.

The next release will be 1.1.1, then 1.1.2, 1.1.3, etc.

When there are significant changes/new features, then once again the release will change to 1.2.0 Beta 1.
 
It's hard to say but the next release will most likely be 1.1.1 stable.

I imagine the next beta will be 1.2.0 but only Kier & Mike will know.
