If you provide a valid VAT number, and your business is registered outside of Turkey,
we are not required to charge VAT on your order.

The system will automatically validate this information and remove the tax when applicable.

The USA does not use VAT so I don’t have a VAT number.

Your systems says it’s collecting sales tax which means you need to register with each State in the USA to send that in. As you are in Turkey, you should not be collecting USA sales tax. You should mark all USA orders as exempt.

We have updated the sales tax rate for the USA to 0. This means our system will no longer collect sales tax on orders from the USA, and these orders will be marked as exempt. Thank you for your feedback.
