Can the content width % be easily changed?
Is it mobile friendly at all? Compatible with add-on to make it mobile?
Can the search bar position be easily moved up and down with the header block?
Would like to see some positioning for leaderboard ad positions in the header block - or easily done?
Can the social icons in the bottom be easily changed to open in new tab?

2)It's like the default xenForo style, however with a leader board ad of the size, either the logo has to be small or the ad, it's not possible to fit both sizes in small screens. As for the responsive plugin, it should work normal as this style is based upon the default but I don't have it to test it with directly.
3)Yes, in the demo above it reflects this
4) Yes easily done, but as mention above it would cause problems.
5)Yes, easily done.
