XF 2.2 XenForo Thread Duplication Issue: Threads Being Posted Twice Automatically (v2.2.15)

Hello, good evening to everyone. Greetings from Turkey! I am using Community platform by XenForo® v2.2.15. I have been facing this issue since the previous version as well.

When I create a thread, it gets duplicated – meaning, the exact same thread appears twice, one below the other. I then have to manually delete the duplicate thread. After deleting about 500 duplicate threads, I realized that the issue is not related to anything I am doing.

I am seeking a solution for this problem and kindly request your assistance. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your message. I am using the original (default) theme, but I have made some changes to the colors only.

It's probable that an add-on is causing this behavior; try disabling all add-ons to see if that resolves the issue.

Deactivate them all then reactivate them one by one by doing a thread creation test each time, until you find the culprit…

There are several ways to determine if this is the case.
The quickest test is to disable all add-ons via your config.php by adding this line. $config['enableListeners'] = false;
If that shows the problem has been eliminated, comment out that line and disable each addon until you find the problem one.

Honestly, I’ve considered the add-ons as well, but I suspect it might be something else because this issue doesn’t occur every time I create a thread. For example, you can think of it as happening after creating around 50 threads or so.

Do you have any addons that are related to posting or creating threads?
Can you supply a list?

Server issues have also been the cause of that.
