Xenforo pulling RSS Feeds - way too many old ones?

I just setup a few RSS feeds to pull from a couple different places, the thing is that it automatically posts like 5 rss feeds constantly - meaning if i have it setup for every 10mins it keeps pulling 5 in a row, and older posts keeps on going.

How is there a way to make it only pull NEW posts instead of constantly old ones if there isnt anything new just yet?

To answer your question, once the feed catches up, it will only start to pull new posts.

it may take some time though as it is dependant on how many posts there are in the feed history.
