When creating categories, what exactly is the difference between Create Child and Create Sibling?

Sibling is at the same level.
Child has a parent.

How can I delete media posted by another member?

In a similar way that you would delete posts, either using inline moderation on media items eg from the media home page/category/album screen or when viewing an individual media item by clicking on the delete (bin) button.
