I have just tidied this thread.

In general, specific instructions won't be provided in the pre-sales, for obvious reasons.

We can however confirm whether something is possible or not.

If this is what you are referring to - it's handled via the users group settings and is built in and does not require an additional add-on.

Suffice to say.. it CAN be made bigger.
You can also put icons besides certain user names, or even put them in the banners themselves if wanted. Point is - once you are licensed, all you have to do is ask and help will be provided.
