XF 2.2 Xenforo Books?

I am finding it difficult to learn how to use Xenforo - part of it is probably my learning style. Are there any books that have been published on the program? Recommendations on how to learn the program, other than play with it for many years?

Example: Learn how to use 'banners': They are only mentioned in passing in the manual.
