Hi,

Is there still access to the Beta 7 as I cannot upgrade my local install, so I can get my admin settings and transfer them to my 2.3.0 forums as I'm locked out on the upgrade fail screen.

And if I login I get this, on every admin page.

UPDATE - Please delete, fixed it. Thanks
