Yes, every hashtag has its own normal public page, not just a popup.

Example format:
/hashtag/XenCustomize

The hashtag page includes the hashtag header, stats, related/grouped hashtags, contributors, watch/share controls, content tabs, sorting, pagination, and the matching threads/posts/profile posts where available.

Each hashtag gets its own dedicated public page (like /hashtag/DigitalDoctor), and it's designed to be clean and organized rather than cluttered.
