The problem is why Guests can download free resource and have no permission to pay and download Purchable resources

Guests can not purchase, it shows No Permission to download

changing No Permission to download to Purchase means will break things on XFRM
if personally me do not allow downloads for guests, what should it write? Purchase?
when membership & purchasable addon are not the same

I think you better edit Phrase "No permission to download" to your desired one, for example "Register to Buy"
