Toplist Threads adds a dedicated thread type with a structured ordered list embedded directly in the first post. Members can vote on individual items to determine their ranking while the thread retains standard XenForo discussions, moderation, watches, prefixes, tags, and permissions.

There is no limit, you can use a standard discussion forum and allow recipe threads within it
