My understanding is that toggling this button should mark the image unsafe, and so blur it. However nothing seems to happen, the image is still showing us unblurred. So how do I make an image show as blurred if the addon did not mark it as unsafe?

Ok it seems you can toggle an unsafe image to safe, but toggling safe to unsafe (as in the video above) the toggle seems to do nothing to the image in the post.

Yes, it was intended for internal technical use only for records already flagged as unsafe by the detector
I added a complete ability to override unsafe/unsafe status
