This add-on adds invisible honeypot-style fields to the XenForo registration form. Legitimate users never see them, but many automated bots interact with them, allowing the system to silently detect and block spam registrations.

Bots are redirected to a successful completion page while no account is created, helping avoid detection by automated spam tools.

The original link was <boardurl>/spaminatorlog/ and I would presume it's still the same.

Is this a new version of the legendary addon thats been around for years? Or a new one?

We get automated registrations followed by rapid fire SpAM messages which in turn land notifications in our inbox.

We want to nip this in the bud ASAP!!

Hi. I'm still on the old 2.2.0 Patch level 1 Ozzie version. Do I need to re-buy the addon or just upgrade it? If it's just upgrading I can't see how to upgrade it on your site, just how to buy it

It's ok, I probably needed to upgrade to the latest version anyway which would have been a renewal fee anyway presumably?
