How are the short answer questions deemed correct? Exact words match? Approval by quiz creator?

Also, it would be really neat if a user takes the quiz as a guest it'll prompt them to register before they can see the results ala the post before registering feature for threads.

That would be killer for user registrations.

If it doesn't already do this... I haven't seen it yet in the demo or in my testing yet... But it would also be neat that if a user completed a quiz it would automatically post in the discussion thread that the user took the quiz and list their score and stats from the attempt.

I forsee that some quizzes you'd be ok with people taking again and others not.

I'm also noticing that permissions changes don't seem to be saving for this addon. Ie - I change the can repeat to yes and hit save and nothing happens. It works with other permissions on the site just not for this addon.

There are other cheaper addons, but they are light years away from the quality and features of this one.

Yes, there is another plugin for managing quizzes.
I looked at the demo of both and this one seems better, but I repeat that the annual cost of the license is excessive. I have purchased other plugins for wordpress in the past at lower prices and with more functions. Too bad! I would have gladly installed it in my xenforo now that I no longer use wordpress.

Can we make a forum accessible based on passing a specific quiz?
In effect, attach a quiz to a specific forum/lesson forum so that users can only go to level 2 forum if they pass quiz 1.

You can link an existing quizzes for each lesson




Also, if you select the quiz category in the classroom category settings, a button to automatically create a quiz for the lesson will be available.

We can probably do this by using user criteria and user group promotions
But the question is what is the result to pass - always 100% correct answers?

Do you mean the ability to add questions in bulk while adding a quiz?

I think not, this one was designed to have a quiz already existing before adding questions, also the XF handlers processing like attachments and tags makes it impossible to add content in bulk.

Ah... I guess one would have to create a draft quiz that's only viewable by quiz owner that one can then add quiz questions to before publishing the whole thing to make it work...
