NowPayments.io is a part of ChangeNow.io - one of the largest crypto processors / exchange / POS providers online.

Been using their services for years and with this addon, XF has finally got a proper crypto payments processor.

They have a horrible customer support on their livechat who is unknown of their business, they copy / paste from an faq.

Sad to see they ruining their business like that! I'm off, was just happy about this add on since we would like to switch to a different crypto gateway.

I used the other crypto provider previously that was shared here via the form of an addon. I'm unable to login and been locked out for almost a year. Their SMS is not working and they will not reset my details to login.

I highly doubt they are bad as those.

I've bought this pluggin. I hope all issues are met with a swift response .

Do now payments require KYC? Is your account working without KYC, or do you have to complete KYC first to accept the payment?

They do not require KYC for crypto transactions, deposit or withdraw, there is KYC if FIAT offramp/onramp is required - bank wire/credit card transactions.
