Already answered on my forum - works fine for me on clean XF 2.3.7 setup

PS: This error should look like this in the standard attachment manager:



I’d recommend checking your add-ons. The one you mentioned seems to originate from an unofficial source, and simply disabling it doesn’t always guarantee that it’s completely inactive.
