I can't download the addons I bought at all, it's a scam. You bought them more than three years ago.
No one promised that the product could be moved and licensing could change. You only pay for new updates. You can still use your old versions if you don't want to.

Your license agreement was with Snog's site. That site sold the addons to another developer and they are free to make their own licensing agreements, nothing is expected to fully be carried over.
