Hi Painbaker,
We traced unexpected streak resets on Techolay to UTC day boundaries. For example, Philologically visited on October 18 at 00:50 Turkish time, but this counted toward October 17 UTC. Their streak now shows 7, despite evidence of 40 consecutive days of visits by the Turkish calendar.
Could you advise how to switch safely to the forum’s time zone and restore affected streaks without losing existing history?

Back up your database first

Set Setup > Options > Basic options > guests time zone to Europe/Istanbul
In daily login streak options, set Login Day Time Zone to "Guests time zone"

existing history is preserved, changing the time zone affects future tracking

for affected users by reset: open their current streak in the ACP user edit page ( login streaks tab ) , move the start date back to the confirmed first day , and leave the end date blank

Enter affected user names and the verified 40 day date range review the preview , then apply
