Already answered on my forum - works fine for me on clean XF 2.3.7 setup

PS: This error should look like this in the standard attachment manager:

I’d recommend checking your add-ons. The one you mentioned seems to originate from an unofficial source, and simply disabling it doesn’t always guarantee that it’s completely inactive.

I'm interested in using your Quizzes and Lessons addons together with a set up that if you pass a specific quiz, you can get access to certain specific set or categories of lessons?
Meaning using the quizzes to unlock the lessons.
Is it already possible with the permission options in the addons?

I believe this can be achieved using category permissions and user group promotions with the user criteria for completed quizzes IDs

There is no such criteria in the current version; I'll add it in the next update

That would be terrific. I'm looking forward to this being implemented.
I already have the Quiz addon.
 
Installed and playing around with it.
1) If I make a classroom a paid option, it shows an input for amount. Can we link it to an existing user upgrade instead?
I have several user upgrade that once paid, will automatically put users into specific usergroup, etc.
2) The lessons are limited to youtube video currently? Can we use the video that already in XFMG?

In your case, it might work to separate classrooms into free and paid categories. Access to the paid categories can be limited to user groups automatically assigned after purchasing the relevant User Upgrade.

Currently it only support youtube videos and uploaded video attachment
I'll add XFMG support in the next version

Can you please give instruction on how to create a video lesson and embed a XFMG video? We can try a video here.
I couldn't find the embed url link and if I'm using the direct link to the mp4 video, it will error out with this

It should work with the regular full URL of the XFMG media item copied directly from the browser address bar like
