Fixed Wrong link in x_reacted_to_ys_post_in_the_thread_z

x_reacted_to_ys_post_in_the_thread_z contains {posterParams} and {title} both linking to the post in question. {title} should link to the thread, not the post.

Change the news feed item thread link to link to the thread rather than the post.

I have a small issue about this. This is what I have on my board after the update.



in the first post... your post is not linked to relevant post. in second post amish's post is linked properly. same issue in third post. shouldn't these two bits also link to the post that was reacted upon?
