Duplicate Wrong link in ACP for Twitter tweet button

Only a very small bug

ACP >> Home >> Options >> Twitter Integration
There is a link for "More Info"
https://about.twitter.com/about/resources/tweetbutton
that doesn't work any more

Please use is
https://dev.twitter.com/docs/tweet-button
or something like this
