Wordpress Minor Customization Help

I have made a custom banner I want to add to the top of all my pages on Wordpress. Anyone know how I could do this?

Why not go with an addon? Much easier if you're not big into code editing.

The easiest way would be the plugin. But it's also very easy (depending on the template) to just add whatever you need in the header.php file of the active template.
