I *think* this is something different from the Profanity Filter, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
I can't remember if it was vBulletin or the forum software we used before that (phpbb) but there was a really cool feature where if someone typed a word like "fin", I could tell the system to change it to "Finasteride".
My users routinely abbreviate things, and the words they love to abbreviate are always the most important keywords for getting pages ranked well in google. Which means the pages don't rank.
It would be an outstanding SEO tool to have a "word replace" feature like this. Does one already exist that functions just as I am describing?
