I would like to be able to flag certain words to cause a post to appear in my moderation queue. It's too rigid to have to merely censor a word or even a fairly complex expression - human judgement should be an option, so the current censor facility, but with the ability to say "Moderate" rather than have a substitute expression would give me the flexibility I need to administer my forum in the way I want to.
