win32 issue

One of our staff posted this today on our forum and I said I'd pass it on/ask about it...

if people have a older PC or a notebook PC that runs on win32 and not all plug ins like flash etc work on those machines.. this forum will not work for them.

i am finding this to be a issue for me.

She said on her laptop the mouse over effects work in all areas, but on her netbook, not all mouse over gestures work.

Any ideas?

The software has been designed to run with javscript disabled and as far as I am aware, only the file upload feature utilises flash.
The mouseover effects are fairly standard stuff utilising for the most part css effects.

Can you get some more information from the member in question with regards to exactly what isn't working?
What browser is in use on the netbook?
