XF 2.2 Widget position using +/-

I added the media widget to my site and was trying to move it up and down but I can't figure out how it works, I thought it was by using the = or - under display position but the position doesn't change no matter what number I add to the box(s)

Is there a section in the manual that shows me where the widget will show up? IE Forum List: Above Node, Member Wrapper: Sidenav. Some are clear but others are not so much, if it is just try and see what happens I can do that as well.

The position is relative to other widgets.

Check the values of all of them and then you can decide what to set for each one based on how you want them ordered.
