Who's using Xenforo in a non-traditional format?

I'm curious if anyone out there is using Xenforo for something other than typical forums? Are they using the nodes as pages, maybe using this as a help desk solution for customer interaction for private support like a Zendesk or similar use case? I'm interested to see who is using Xenforo in other unique ways as it seems very capable of unique uses.

Nice thread. I'm not sure if my forum qualifies, however I use my forums as a "compliment" to my main website. On our forums, we can discuss topics related to the content of our main site, a fan site for a local amusement park here in New England. We have a very small, but dedicated user base. Our forums are essential to us, for keeping up with and reporting news related to the park. If you go to my forums (in my sig), clicking on our logo will bring you to our 'main site.' I feel that both our forums and our main site compliment each other fairly well.

I am guessing a lot of people have the signature turned off for messages like me. Plus you don't allow people to view your profile page which would show this link too. Can you just post the link so we can take a look?

Not my site - but Australian share trading forum HotCopper runs on XenForo and is very heavily modified to fit with their existing structure and you wouldn't know it was XF if you were browsing the site.
