Add-on Who quoted/replied a post with a link

Hi all,

I'm looking for an addon that when a post has been quoted or replied to, it adds to the said post with a link. This will allow readers to know that the post was quoted elsewhere, and can find all the responses.

I imagine it will be similar to the reaction bar that appears at the bottom of the post. Does anyone know if such an addon exists?
