Any kind of add-on or possibility to implement a "see who quoted/replied this post" like some web boards?

Well, since we are turning to a point of a more dynamic platform, there is one missing feature (or add-on) that i can't find.

Many boards/chans and Telegram for example, uses a feature to see who "quoted" or "replied" to "this post".

Just for example, ignore the content (the suggestion was made in my Forum as an example too):



So, is technically viable to do such a thing? If yes, is my suggestion.

If not, maybe there is an idea for a great add-on.

Who Replied

Hello Mr. Kevin, yes, indeed.

But the add-on doesn’t come with the feature that I’m suggesting, or i did miss this?

Instead, he only show the members who posted in the thread, right?

I want a add-on to show who quoted the post number X for example, like the image in the example (from some random message board) and go directly to the post as a link, even previewing the content on hover (if possible).

Would be great for organization, not relying only on temporary Alerts to show who quoted your message.

Maybe the add-on Post Reply from @truonglv can give a more organization, but is not what my users are asking.
