XF 2.2 which template to edit for quick-thread...

Hello,

I made some custon css for the forum_view template, as you can see below


Well, when i create a new thread with the quick-thread option and then click on create thread button, this is how the thread appears in the forum_view

The CSS i made is not applied on the thread just created. If you refresh the page it's ok but i want to custom how the new thread is displayed just after his creation.
Which template is concerned ? Is this a JS matter ?
