XF 2.1 Which privilege controls what mods can see in the moderator bar?

Right now my mods can't see this in the moderator bar at the top of the site:



I cannot for the life of me work out which permission controls that, nor whether it should be a user group permission or a node moderator permission.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Are you using Report Improvements? It overrides the stock report centre is_moderator checks for user-group driven permissions. Otherwise it may be a custom style issue.

There's a little option in there where each mod can switch the bar alerts off and on. One mod did it by accident.

It does start to get confusing with so many addons after a while.
