Which plugin for basic user information under avatar?

Which plugin I could use, to see basic information about user under their avatars, like

"Joined"
"Posts"
"Received"
"Country Flag"

Example you can see in an attached screenshot.

Thanks. But I cannot find these elements to change here. Are you sure you can edit "Joined" in this section? Can you please show me a screenshot?
