XF 2.1 Where to see if users accepted Terms & rules?

The last day I checked a user profile and for the first time it showed up that this users has accepted the forums Terms and Conditions.

Today I checked another few users but can't find anywhere these details.

Can you tell me where I can see if users have accepted our Terms & conditions and where to force people to accept them?

These details would be listed in the ACP when you edit a user and view the Change log. This information won't be pruned even if there is a Change log length set (default is 60 days).
