If your question relates to a third party add-on, you will need to seek support from the developer or in the resource thread.

Third party add-ons can contain custom PHP code, JavaScript, templates, phrases, CSS, HTML, options, and style properties, which anyone not familiar with the add-on will be unable to help with.
