XF 2.0 Where to insert custom codes on Xenforo Header?

Hi,

I need to insert a custom codes on the header of xenforo but I can't find it, I tried page_container but it's not allowing me to edit it. The code I want to add is from OpenSignal (for desktop/mobile notification alerts)

You should be able to edit the PAGE_CONTAINER template. Are you using a third party style?

This is resolved. Yes I used third-party style. But the thing is, Namecheap's modsecurity is getting on the way for allowing me to edit.
