XF 2.3 Where is this (Message User Info Elements)?

This field will only be shown on message user info if the 'Custom fields' style property is enabled within the 'Message user info elements' (messageUserElements) setting, in the 'Messages' group.

I've looked everywhere within the Admin panel and with my member profile. I can't find this setting anywhere.

Style Properties > Messages

Scroll down to the user section, Message User Info Elements is there, check the Custom Fields option.
