XF 1.4 Where do I change the terms and conditions?

I would like to change the terms and conditions text on our forum. Eg:

Sorry, but I am very new to this, could you tell me where do I search for phrases?

To edit the phrases in a particular language, in the admin control panel, go to Appearance, then Languages and click Phrases for the language you want to edit. You should also see a Search Phrases link.
