XF 2.3 Where can I change color of hot linked text?

"Carbon Monoxide Leak?" is a hot link, but it is not underlined or a different color than the normal text. I know I changed this when I created this style, but I can't for the life of me find where I made the change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On default XF Styles follow this - Appearance > Styles > Default - Style properties > Basic colors > Links > User-generated content link color:
