When the license runs out, you dont need to buy a new one do you? (It's only for support isn't it?)

And if I pay for the branding licence, when that runs out I dont have to put the branding back on do I?

The license is a lifetime license.

The branding removal relates to the license so is also for the lifetime of it.

Only the 12 month support fee needs to be purchased again, once your current support has expired.

And if the support isn't needed (which after 12 months, it generally shouldn't be), then there should be no extra costs (no continuous costs)

And what does the support entail, is it forum support within the forum community, email support, phone support (I've already paid, and have it up and running... all good so far )

The support fee includes ticket support, community support and access to new releases.
